Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an OD Specialist located in Riyadh. The OD Specialist will be responsible for analyzing organizational structures, developing and implementing programs to improve employee performance, conducting training sessions, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The role also includes assessing development needs, designing intervention programs, and collaborating with different departments to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Experience in organizational development, and program implementation
  • Skills in training, facilitating, and conducting workshops
  • Analytical skills with a focus on improving overall organizational effectiveness
  • Communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to align organizational goals and employee performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Experience in HR processes and development programs is a plus
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is beneficial
