HR Specialist (Payroll & Personnel)

Twelve Financial and Administrative Services, based at its administrative headquarters in Egypt,

(serving sister companies in Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates),

is seeking to hire an HR Specialist (Payroll & Personnel) to join our team as part of our plan to enhance and organize administrative and HR operations across the company

Key Responsibilities:

Execute recruitment and onboarding procedures.

Prepare, update, and renew employment contracts.

Monitor attendance and leaves and prepare periodic reports.

Supervise employee files and ensure they are fully completed and updated.

Implement HR policies and procedures within the company.

Handle employee inquiries and complaints.

Participate in the annual performance appraisal process and prepare related reports.

Coordinate with various departments to meet their manpower requirements.

Requirements:

A relevant university degree.

0–3 years of experience in Human Resources (preferably with knowledge of Saudi Labor Law).

Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.

Work Location:

Mohandessin – Giza

Working Hours:

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM — 5 days per week
