Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Specialist, located in Giza. The HR Specialist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including managing HR activities, formulating and implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. The HR Specialist will also provide support for recruitment, employee orientation, performance management, and other HR-related functions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
