Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Operation Specialist role based in Giza. The HR Operation Specialist will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring alignment with HR policies, and managing employee relations. Key tasks include maintaining HR compliance, implementing HR strategies, addressing employee concerns, and supporting HR processes to ensure organizational effectiveness and staff satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Operations, ensuring seamless execution of HR functions
  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations and handling workplace concerns effectively
  • Understanding of HR Policies and ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role in the agricultural/industrial sector is a plus
