Overview
Ben Soliman Classic Suits is seeking a skilled HR Payroll & Personnel Specialist to manage payroll processes, personnel operations, and ensure full compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will handle employee data, attendance, contracts, and social insurance procedures, while supporting daily HR operations across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage the complete monthly payroll cycle: attendance, overtime, deductions, allowances, and final settlements.
•Maintain and update personnel files, contracts, renewals, and employee documents.
•Handle social insurance procedures including Forms 1, 2, and 6.
•Coordinate with the labor office and social insurance office for documentation.
•Follow up on attendance with store managers and ensure accuracy of shifts, schedules, and corrections.
•Update HR systems with new hires, resignations, and employee status changes.
•Ensure compliance with labor law and company HR policies.
•Support onboarding and off boarding procedures.
•Prepare monthly HR reports including headcount, turnover, leaves, overtime, and payroll summaries.
•Assist the General Manager and HR team with administrative tasks related to personnel and payroll.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or related field.
•2–4 years of experience in Payroll & Personnel.
•Experience in retail or fashion is preferred.
•Strong knowledge of labor law and social insurance processes.
•Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP – Pivot Tables – formulas).
•English language level: Very Good to Excellent.
•Strong communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
