Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented
Business Development Specialist
to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and engage potential in-licensing and out-licensing partners across developed markets
  • Conduct strategic market research to support opportunity scouting and portfolio planning
  • Lead and coordinate the product lifecycle management
  • Support negotiation of term sheets and licensing agreements
  • Collaborate closely with legal, regulatory, and technical teams to ensure agreements feasibility and compliance
  • Track and manage partnership pipelines, performance metrics, and deal execution timelines
  • Monitor European pharmaceutical trends, competitor activity, and relevant regulatory changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
  • 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis is required
