Position Summary:

The Senior Talent Management Specialist is responsible for leading and executing talent acquisition activities, supporting organizational development initiatives, and coordinating training programs to ensure the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):

Lead the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various departments.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions.

Conduct competency-based interviews and support hiring managers in decision-making.

Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility in the job market.

  1. Organizational Development (OD):

Support the design and implementation of OD programs such as performance management, succession planning, and career development frameworks.

Assist in updating job descriptions, organizational charts, and competency frameworks.

Participate in change management activities and culture transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Talent Management with a strong focus on Recruitment.

Solid understanding of OD principles and Training & Development processes.

Strong interviewing and assessment skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
