Job Summary:

The
Talent Acquisition Specialist
will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to support the company's growth. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top candidates across departments while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with the company's culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles within the company (sales, marketing, operations, and technical).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create clear, compelling job descriptions.
  • Source qualified candidates using online platforms, social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Maintain an organized candidate database and provide regular recruitment reports.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the health and nutrition industry.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, best practices, and labor market developments.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience
    as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar HR role.
  • Previous experience in the
    FMCG
    ,
    healthcare
    , or
    nutritional supplements
    industry is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment software.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
