About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and communicative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across multiple functions, with strong communication skills and a preference for those with LMS (Learning Management System) exposure.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, Boolean search, and recruitment platforms.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews cycle to assess candidate fit, motivation, and communication skills.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment needs.
  • Provide timely updates on candidate pipelines and recruitment progress.
  • Enhance candidates' experience throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Review resumes to shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
  • Evaluate communication skills, job readiness, and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate assessments via internal tools or LMS platforms when applicable
  • Manage candidate data in the ATS and ensure accuracy of records.
  • Generate recruitment reports and dashboards as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a candidate-friendly approach.
  • Experience using recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing channels.
  • Exposure to LMS platforms for testing, onboarding, or training workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles under tight timelines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
  • Proactive sourcing mindset.
  • Experience participating in internal assessments, promotion cycles, or internal mobility programs.
