Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The role will involve performing day-to-day tasks such as supporting clients with insurance-related inquiries, analyzing and assessing risks, assisting in managing claims processes, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with underwriters, clients, and team members to maintain high service standards and deliver optimal insurance solutions.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of insurance processes, risk management, and claims handling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and collaboration
  • Attention to detail and analytical abilities to assess risks and ensure compliance
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the insurance industry
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
