Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Agent, located in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for generating new customer leads, building and maintaining client relationships, promoting life insurance products, and achieving sales targets. They will also provide customers with guidance and support to help them understand and select the best insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Exceptional customer service skills to provide professional and client-focused support
  • Finance knowledge and an understanding of risk management principles
  • Proven sales skills with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
