Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Sales Agent, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate banking products. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and staying up to date with financial products and market trends. This role demands an individual capable of working collaboratively within a team and effectively contributing to the bank's sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Customer Service experience and proficiency in understanding and meeting customer needs
  • Knowledge of Finance and Sales principles
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
