Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the Head of Direct Sales at Misr Life Insurance – Takaful. The role is based in Cairo with opportunities for some work from home. The Head of Direct Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing sales operations, generating leads, driving business development, and overseeing sales management. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring sales team performance, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met.
