Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Consultant, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Consultant will handle daily responsibilities such as actively reaching out to potential and existing clients, consulting on sales opportunities, effectively communicating product and service benefits, and delivering exemplary customer service. In addition, the consultant will support the sales team by offering tailored solutions and providing feedback to enhance overall sales strategies.

  • Expertise in Sales and Sales Consulting
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Training capabilities and the ability to onboard or guide peers
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining client relations
  • Results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Relevant experience in telesales, sales, or a customer-focused role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
