About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented
English Telesales Specialist (Chat Vacancy)
to join our growing contact center team. In this role, you will handle
online chat interactions
with international customers from North America, assisting them in identifying suitable products and services while providing an exceptional customer experience.

This position requires excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via
    live chat
    to understand their needs and offer suitable product or service recommendations.
  • Drive
    sales conversions
    through consultative communication and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product features, specifications, and promotions to ensure accurate customer guidance.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
  • Update and manage customer records accurately within internal systems.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to improve processes and performance outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills
    (both written and spoken) –
    is a must.
  • Previous experience in
    sales, telesales, or customer service
    (preferably chat-based) is an asset.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
  • Ability to work night shifts and in an
    on-site environment
    .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and typing.
