Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Account Manager will oversee customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving lead generation efforts to support business growth. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through personalized solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Experience in Account Management and Lead Generation to drive growth and meet sales targets.
  • Exceptional Communication skills for engaging with clients and team collaboration.
  • Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
