Sales Account Manager

- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts within the network solutions sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand HoM Technology s client base.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and recommend tailored system integration solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the organization.
- Provide regular account updates, forecasts, and reports to management.
1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably within the technology or network solutions industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure, system integration, or related technical solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated problem-solving and consultative selling abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to work on-site and travel to client locations as needed.
