Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Cairo. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and identifying new business opportunities to drive sales growth.

  • Experience in Account Management and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proven track record in sales or account management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus
