Job Description:

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing client accounts, developing strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving sales growth. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective account management and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular communication and support.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and operations) to ensure client needs are met.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management (B2B preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
