About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in driving revenue, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, results-oriented, and capable of managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiations, closing, and account retention.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Handle the full sales cycle: outreach, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, product) to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze sales trends, and prepare regular reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure healthy pipeline management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (B2B preferred).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities with a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in [your industry: IT, HR Solutions, SaaS, Construction, FMCG, etc.]
  • Experience managing enterprise or key accounts
  • Understanding of solution selling and strategic account planning
  • Valid driving license (if field visits required)
