About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in driving revenue, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, results-oriented, and capable of managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiations, closing, and account retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Handle the full sales cycle: outreach, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, product) to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Monitor account performance, analyze sales trends, and prepare regular reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure healthy pipeline management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (B2B preferred).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with a client-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in [your industry: IT, HR Solutions, SaaS, Construction, FMCG, etc.]
- Experience managing enterprise or key accounts
- Understanding of solution selling and strategic account planning
- Valid driving license (if field visits required)
