Ouia Real Estate Investment Co. (S.A.E)
is seeking a highly qualified
Head of Accounting Department
to oversee all accounting operations and ensure full compliance with both
IFRS and Local GAAP
standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the accounting team across all daily operations.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with
    IFRS and Local GAAP
    .
  • Review journal entries, oversee month-end closing, and ensure accurate reconciliations.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide insightful reports to senior management.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, internal controls, and procedures.
  • Manage internal and external audit requirements.
  • Ensure timely submissions of tax filings and maintain strong relationships with governmental authorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
    ACCA / CPA / CMA
    is highly preferred.
  • 7–10 years of accounting experience
    , including
    3+ years
    in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    SAP ERP
    .
  • In-depth knowledge of
    IFRS and Local GAAP
    .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management abilities.
  • Experience within
    real estate or investment sectors
    is an advantage.
