Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Accounting Associate located in Cairo, Egypt. The associate will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, preparing invoices, maintaining financial records, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also support the coordination of accounting tasks such as reconciling accounts, managing budgets, and preparing financial reports. The role further involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate workflow and driving revenue growth through efficient sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in lead management, client follow-ups, and basic sales activities
- Prepare invoices, record transactions, and maintain organized financial entries
- Coordinate with management on sales reporting and financial updates
- Follow internal processes to keep sales and accounting tasks clearly separated
- Support general administrative needs as required
Qualifications
- Sales and customer service skills, including managing client relationships and addressing inquiries effectively.
- Accounting and financial management skills, such as invoicing, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage both sales and accounting tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related fields is preferred.
- Relevant experience in a similar role and fluency in English and Arabic are advantageous.
- Experience in Odoo is a plus
