On its mission to provide personalized, high quality online education to everyone, Tyro has recently acquired Nafham, an edtech startup with over 5 million learners focused on school curricula of Egypt, KSA, and UAE. Both companies joining forces positions Nafham by Tyro to be the largest Edutech platform in the MENA region providing both, live online tutoring as well as recorded educational video content. With this new acquisition, Nafham by Tyro is growing fast and expanding its team by hiring the best candidates in the region to fulfill different roles and responsibilities.

Nafham by Tyro is hiring Account Manager

  • Manage customer accounts by monitoring package renewals and coordinating reactivations.
  • Offer new subjects, discounts, or customized plans to encourage continued engagement.
  • Gather referrals from parents and students to support business growth.
  • Collect detailed feedback about the overall service quality and teacher performance.
  • Handle minor cases and coordinate with other departments for quick resolution.
  • Recommend suitable teachers based on students' goals, needs, and learning style.
  • Maintain comprehensive account records, including students' weaknesses, needs, and progress, to ensure teachers are fully informed and lessons are tailored for success.
  • Support retention strategies by maintaining strong, trust-based communication with all clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in education, customer retention, or sales is a plus
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a top-tier customer experience.
