PIH is seeking skilled Procurement professionals to strengthen our purchasing function and ensure efficient, high-quality procurement operations. You will manage sourcing activities, negotiate with suppliers, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure seamless, compliant purchasing workflows.

What you will do

  • Execute end-to-end procurement cycles, from requisition to PO issuance and delivery follow-up.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure the best quality, cost, and terms.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand requirements and ensure timely material/service availability.
  • Maintain accurate records, contracts, and reports within SAP and ensure full data accuracy.
  • Improve purchasing processes and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
  • Track KPIs such as lead times, cost savings, supplier performance, and PO accuracy.
  • Build strong vendor relationships and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills.
  • Very good command of
    English
    (spoken and written).
  • Hands-on experience using
    SAP
    (must).
  • Solid understanding of purchasing processes, contract terms, and supply chain basics.
  • High attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
