Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Travel Consultant at 51Talk Headquarters. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing customer service, handling reservations, and offering travel consulting services to clients.
Qualifications
- Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
- Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of different travel destinations and cultures
- Experience in the education or online tutoring industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
