Job Vacancy: Direct Sales Manager –Processed Frozen Chicken (Cairo)

Location: Cairo (Head Office: Maadi – next to Carrefour Maadi, Ring Road)

Industry: Frozen Poultry / Food Distribution

Product Focus: Processed Frozen Chicken

Target Clients: Fast-food restaurants, QSR chains, hotels, and catering companies

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the full sales cycle of processed frozen chicken products (from prospecting to closing and after-sales service).


• Build and maintain strong relationships with fast-food restaurants and foodservice accounts across Greater Cairo.


• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


• Recruit, train, lead, and motivate a team of sales representatives (you will have full authority to hire your own team).


• Develop sales strategies, pricing proposals, and promotions tailored to the fast-food sector.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the frozen chicken and foodservice industry.


• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:


• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Direct Sales Manager (or similar senior sales position) in the frozen poultry or frozen food industry.


• Proven track record in selling processed frozen chicken products is a must.


• Strong existing network within fast-food restaurants and QSR chains in Cairo is highly preferred.


• Demonstrated leadership skills and previous experience building and managing sales teams.


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.


• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.


• Valid driving license and preferably owns a car (essential for field visits).


• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory if experience is strong.
