Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Account Manager located in Qesm El Maadi. The Direct Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key merchants, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and working closely with internal teams to drive merchant success.
