Food Lover, a leading company in the processed meat & poultry products industry, is looking for a highly professional Sales Manager (B2B) to lead the Direct Sales Sector.

Job summary :

We're looking for a results-driven
Direct Sales Manager
to lead and grow our field sales operation for a fast-moving food company , build relationships with key accounts and distributors, coach and manage a high-performing sales team, and translate commercial strategy into measurable in-market execution. Ideal candidate has strong FMCG/food category experience, proven leadership in direct sales, and a track record of expanding distribution and market share.

Key requirements:

2–3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager with a strong track record of achievements and target delivery.

Solid leadership and people management skills — able to lead by example and coach a team of Sales Supervisors to achieve their numbers and performance KPIs.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Skilled in sales forecasting and performance reporting.

Experience in FMCG especially in the processed meat & poultry products industry is preferred.

Cairo residency is a MUST .

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory plans to grow distribution, increase shelf presence, and improve product availability and rotation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers: supermarkets, wholesalers, foodservice chains, and distributors.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, promotions and contracts with customers and distributors.
  • Coordinate with trade marketing and brand teams to execute in-store activations, promotions, merchandising and sampling programs.
  • Forecast sales, prepare monthly/quarterly reports and present performance to senior management.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends; propose product, pricing or promotional changes accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety and legal/regulatory requirements in commercial activities.
