Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Specialist, based in Qesm 1st Shubra El Kheima, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Direct Sales Specialist will focus on identifying and acquiring new customers, fostering strong customer relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and training clients on the company's products and services to maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and build long-lasting client relationships
  • Experience in Sales with a focus on generating and closing leads
  • Knowledge and experience in Training clients on products and services
  • Proactive approach, ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
