Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist, based in Qesm El Maadi. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, crafting marketing strategies, engaging in direct sales efforts, and providing high-quality customer service. The daily tasks include identifying market trends, managing campaigns, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the company's overall growth and success in the vacation rental sector.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain excellent client and guest relationships.
  • Proficiency in Market Research and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the vacation rental industry.
  • Experience in crafting and executing effective Marketing Strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Ability to deliver results in Sales, including driving revenue and securing new clients.
  • Dynamic and proactive approach with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience within the vacation rental or hospitality industry is advantageous.
