Converted is looking for Marketing Specialists who will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for our marketing automation solutions. This role requires a dynamic marketer who can blend traditional offline strategies with innovative digital marketing tactics to create integrated campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (online and offline) aligned with company objectives and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets, content, and messaging for campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance tracking.
  • Manage paid and organic campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and conversion.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or ActiveCampaign) to execute lead nurturing workflows and customer journeys.
  • Analyze campaign data to improve ROI and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Coordinate participation in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Develop print materials, promotional items, and offline campaigns that support lead generation and brand recognition.
  • Build relationships with media, vendors, and event organizers to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce engaging marketing materials (brochures, videos, case studies, etc.).
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and report marketing KPIs including campaign performance, lead generation, engagement rates, and ROI.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing (digital and offline), preferably in the tech or marketing automation industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Proficiency in English.
