Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Executive based in Markaz El Mansoura, with the flexibility of some remote work. The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, developing and managing strong relationships with customers, and selling Souhoola's financial products and services. The role includes providing exceptional customer service, achieving set sales targets, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company's financial offerings to effectively address customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain effective client relationships and provide excellent support.
  • Experience and proficiency in Sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Finance and Insurance products and services.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Previous experience in direct sales or a financial services field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and goal-oriented mindset.
