Responsibilities :

  • Reaching customer satisfaction through delivering a state of art service.
  • Direct communication with clients to present campaign ideas.
  • Effectively build & maintain strong, long-Lasting customer relationships.
  • Developing & grow business with existing and new clients.
  • Working closely with clients in the planning phase & Give the clients all needed support to ensure campaigns' objectives will be met.
  • Create & deliver presentations to clients.
  • Negotiating with clients, solving any problems.
  • Making sure that we meet the deadlines & maintaining good relationships with clients.
  • Handling budgets, managing campaign costs.
  • Costing, sending quotation and invoicing.
  • Sending and explaining briefs to concerned departments.
  • Supervise on the process of the workflow and supporting the team.
  • Managing and reviewing progress of the client's projects.
  • Attending brain storming sessions and work closely with design team to ensure best quality of all outputs.
  • Ensuring that communication flows effectively between agency & clients.
  • Research & explore new trends in the advertising fields.

Qualifications:

  • BA degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing.
  • Proven +3 years of work experience as an Account Manager in the Advertising industry -BTL Services (Events Management, Booths, Activations...).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
