Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Qesm El Maadi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional support to clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include analyzing customer concerns, offering effective solutions, and maintaining high communication standards. You will act as the primary contact for addressing customer inquiries and fostering positive relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Interpersonal Skills
- Proven abilities in Technical Support and problem-solving
- Excellent Analytical Skills to address complex customer issues effectively
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate efficiently within a team environment
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus
