Organization Development& Employee Relations Senior Specialist

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Working on the writeups of all HR staff related communications including the creation & layout of digital communication materials EDMs.
  • Work on HR internal communications calendar of events for the full year and introduce different HR Initiatives to improve communication and raise engagement.
  • Support with the End- to- end cycle with related MI for Succession planning.
  • Work alongside L& D team to ensure trainings are in place for the identified successors.
  • Assist in implementing the Talent Pool Program for Egypt and work alongside L& D to ensure all Egypt Talents training are in place.
  • Ensure workplace policies are up to date, clearly communicated and consistently enforced.
  • Mediate disputes and conflicts between employees or between employees and management, aiming to resolve issues amicably. Ensure that the bank complies with Labor Laws and employment regulations.
  • Co-ordinate and handle investigations for grievance/disciplinary complaints, including note taking, preparing or reviewing investigation reports.
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with relevant parties in facilitating appeals for disciplinary cases.
  • Responsible for preparing regular reports/Trackers highlighting all the needed details, key Metrics and ongoing issues.

  • Work with the business and ER team to highlight key trends in employee relations and actively drive systems and process improvements.

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline – preferably, Business Administration.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources – exposure to the various HR functions.
  • Employee Relations experience is preferable.
