Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Employee Relations Specialist located in Cairo. The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for handling employee relations issues, conducting investigations, providing guidance on policies and procedures, and assisting with conflict resolution. Additional responsibilities include supporting performance management processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and facilitating effective communication between employees and management.
Qualifications
- Experience in handling employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of labor laws, policies, and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct investigations and provide guidance on performance management processes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in Employee Relations or Human Resources are a plus
