We are hiring a Senior Employee Relations & Payroll Specialist to manage all aspects of employee relations and ensure accurate payroll processing. You will act as a trusted advisor on labor laws, handle employee cases with discretion, and maintain compliance across HR operations. You will also oversee payroll cycles through Odoo, ensuring precision and timeliness that directly impact employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues in line with labor law and company policies.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and disciplinary procedures.
  • Conduct investigations and document employee relations cases.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing using Odoo.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and reporting obligations.
  • Maintain accurate HR and payroll records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Partner with HR team to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in employee relations and payroll, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for payroll reconciliation.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English.
