Job Summary:
Employee Relations Specialist:
This role supports the employee lifecycle by resolving daily concerns and managing essential services, including transportation and medical benefits, to foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate daily transportation services for employees in collaboration with the fleet department and transportation service providers.
-Respond to and resolve employee inquiries and concerns related to transportation arrangements.
-Administer the issuance, renewal, and cancellation of medical cards for employees; serve as a liaison between the organization and medical service providers.
-Maintain accurate records of transportation and medical card usage and updates.
-Support other HR administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-0 - 2 years of relevant experience in HR or administration (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
