Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Chat Support - Medical Advisor. The role involves providing professional and timely medical advice via chat to assist customers, reviewing and interpreting medical information, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for enhanced customer support. The advisor will also ensure compliance with medical guidelines and industry standards while maintaining confidentiality and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Medicine and Medical Affairs, with the ability to address medical inquiries accurately and professionally.
  • Background in Medical Education and Research, including the ability to simplify complex medical data for customer understanding.
  • Knowledge of Market Access and the healthcare industry landscape.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective and empathetic engagement with customers.
  • Proficiency in operating within HIPAA and GDPR-compliant environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, meeting deadlines and ensuring high service standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field is required.
  • Prior experience in medical advisory roles or a similar capacity is an advantage.
