Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Live Chat Customer Service Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. The Live Chat Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support through live chat. Daily tasks include addressing customer concerns, providing information about our products, assisting with troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Expertise in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and effective communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
