Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Customer Service - Live Chat Account role based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing real-time support through live chat to address customer queries, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining professional communication. The candidate will play an active role in ensuring seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and enhancing Customer Experience
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and maintaining excellent Phone Etiquette
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle inquiries efficiently and work effectively under pressure
- Previous experience with live chat platforms or customer engagement tools is a plus
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to dynamic workloads
- B2 in English
