Customer Experience Specialist

The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through online chat channels. You'll represent Rabbit's tone and care in every conversation — solving issues, ensuring a smooth ride experience, and leaving customers feeling heard and supported.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
Assist customers with ride issues, payments, and general questions.
Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate departments while maintaining follow-up until resolution.
Document interactions accurately and update customer records.
Collaborate with the operations and tech teams to resolve customer pain points.
Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for product and process improvements.
Maintain Rabbit's friendly and helpful brand tone in every chat.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a customer support or call center role (chat-based preferred).
Excellent written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Empathetic, patient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using CRM systems and chat tools
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
