The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through online chat channels. You'll represent Rabbit's tone and care in every conversation — solving issues, ensuring a smooth ride experience, and leaving customers feeling heard and supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat

  • Assist customers with ride issues, payments, and general questions.

  • Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate departments while maintaining follow-up until resolution.

  • Document interactions accurately and update customer records.

  • Collaborate with the operations and tech teams to resolve customer pain points.

  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for product and process improvements.

  • Maintain Rabbit's friendly and helpful brand tone in every chat.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer support or call center role (chat-based preferred).

  • Excellent written communication skills in English and Arabic.

  • Empathetic, patient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and chat tools

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
