Customer Experience & E-Commerce Associate
to join our team and ensure smooth, delightful interactions with our customers across all touchpoints.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will act as the key link between our customers, stores, and online operations. You'll manage customer inquiries and complaints, track e-commerce performance, coordinate with store teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, and handle payment and delivery issues with a solution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and complaints via phone, chat, and email.
  • Handle all
    e-commerce-related customer requests
    , including order status, delayed deliveries, payment issues, and refunds.
  • Monitor reports on
    order volumes, delayed orders, and store performance
    related to online fulfillment.
  • Communicate with store and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Identify and escalate recurring issues to management with recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and consistent service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and reports for performance tracking.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in
    Q-Commerce, E-Commerce, or Retail Operations
    .
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience handling online orders, customer tickets, and CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
  • Comfortable working with performance reports and dashboards.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written & spoken).
