Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience within a customer service or customer experience role, preferably in the marketing and advertising industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer engagement.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with poise.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
