Internship – On-site

Ryze Sporting Club is looking for a
Customer Experience Intern
to join our dynamic team and support our day-to-day member interaction and communication efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for
undergraduate students
who are passionate about customer service, communication, and sports culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-ups with prospects and members
  • Respond promptly and professionally to WhatsApp messages and incoming phone calls
  • Greet and assist walk-in clients, ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience
  • Provide accurate information regarding club services, membership, and facilities
  • Collaborate with the CX and front desk teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in a university (undergraduate level)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A people-person with a positive attitude and a team spirit
  • Ability to multitask and handle real-time client interactions
  • Quick learner, solution-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
