Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Specialist, located in El Tagamoa El Khames. The Front Office Specialist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, responsible for managing front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming environment. Daily tasks include answering phone calls with professional etiquette, scheduling appointments, and executing receptionist duties. Additionally, the individual will provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling
- Customer Service experience with a focus on client satisfaction
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and general office management
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Organizational skills and an attention to detail
- Experience with office software and scheduling tools is a plus
