The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the company, providing professional front-desk service and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment for clients, visitors, and staff in the real estate company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and professional appearance.
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for agents and managers.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, packages, and documents.
  • Maintain records of visitors and log all calls and inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed (printing, filing, scanning, etc.).
  • Assist with marketing materials, property listings, and client inquiries when required.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping to ensure office upkeep.
  • Support HR and management with basic office tasks, such as preparing reports or managing supplies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or administrative assistant (experience in
    real estate
    is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented.
  • Excellent in English
