Aviary is seeking a dynamic and detail- oriented "Receptionist" to join our growing Team. This role offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual.

Responsibilities:
-Manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
-Great and Assist clients, Candidates, and Visitors in a Professional manner.
Answer Phone Calls, Handle inquires, and Direct calls appropriately.
Schedule appointments and Manage meeting Arrangements.
Maintain a well-organized Reception area.
Assist in basic administrative tasks as needed.
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Typing, preparing and collecting reports.
-Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Candidate requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fluent English (speaking & written)
Professional attitude, Presentable and Customer-oriented.
Strong organizational and Multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
-Problem solving and strong attention to detail.
Work conditions:
-Location: Head Office-Sheraton Buildings District
-Days off: 2 Days off
-Working hours: 9 to 5
-Social & medical Insurance
-Attractive salary based on Experience.
