The Uncapped Earning Opportunity

This role offers a clear financial path, rewarding you aggressively for expertise,
quality of service
, and client retention.

• Base Salary:
  6,000 EGP
  per month, increasing to
  8,000 EGP
  after the 3-month probation period.
• Max Commission:
  Earn commissions up to
  50%
  on Personal Training revenue, tied directly to the quality and volume of your sales.
• Target Earning Potential (OTE):
  Top performers can realistically achieve a total monthly income of
  25,000 EGP+

Your Key Responsibilities

• Experience:
  Minimum
  1 year of professional coaching experience
  is required.
• Group Leadership:
  Lead and instruct high-energy
  Small Group Coaching (SGC)
  sessions.
• Precision Diagnostics:
  Execute mandatory
  Movement Screenings
  and manage the
  Inbody assessment cycle
  .
• Digital Accountability:
  Utilize our client management
  App Access
  for daily progress tracking and execute the strict
  7-day follow-up protocol
  .
• Specialist Referrals:
  Use diagnostic results to identify clients needing specialized care and earn bonuses by securing these essential paid consultation services.
