Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Quality Coach role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Field Quality Coach will oversee quality standards on-site, provide training and development programs for field personnel, and offer coaching and mentoring to team members to ensure improved performance. Responsibilities also include collaborating with field teams to uphold quality control processes, conducting performance assessments, and delivering actionable feedback to enhance operational efficiency and meet company standards.

Verify implementation and compliance to existing processes and procedures through actual audit

confirmation during actual conduct of field operations. Conduct on-the-spot training of operations

audited based on findings, and collect best practices for sharing globally.

Field & Process audit

• Conduct audit of all activities across the whole process of service delivery process, with

primary focus on activities directly related to how the equipment are installed, commissioned

and operated during their life-time – as well as how data are collected and analyzed.

• Conduct necessary follow-ups with the relevant stakeholders based on the findings during

the audits. These should include but not limited to conducting additional refresher training

for certain personnel, providing feedback to management on the required tooling to be

acquired, application of Accountability guideline, and providing feedback to Operation

Support team regarding quality of procedure/documentation audited.

• Conduct regular analysis (e.g every 6 months) of the outcome of audits conducted - present

the outcome and resulting recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Personnel competency improvement

• Conduct on-site training/coaching during audits based on findings during audit

• Throughout their organization, promote the use of existing knowledge in the system and in

getting questions/queries raised through Operation Support.

• Work with Operation Support team to identify relevant subjects for global/local webinars

which are of relevance, based on audit findings.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Ensures full compliance with existing policies and procedures

• Include HSE as integral elements of audits conducted

Qualifications

• Strong Coaching & Mentoring abilities with a focus on supporting team growth and performance
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and engage with diverse teams
• Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, identify areas of improvement, and deliver data-driven insights
• Expertise in Training & Development programs to enhance team capabilities and align with organizational goals
• Knowledge of Quality Control principles to maintain high standards across field operations
• Experience in the Oil & Gas sector or relevant industries is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and on-site conditions
• Minimum 5 years working experience in ESP field operations, covering both downhole and surface equipment – from installation, commissioning and operation until pull-out.
• Knowledge and understanding of the whole spectrum of service delivery process– including Application Engineering and equipment preparation process.
• Preference is for candidates with working knowledge of wide-range of downhole completions, including but not limited to ESP packers, Y-tool, and dual completion - and capable of performing ESP Surface Equipment (VSD) commissioning, operation & at least basic troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Office suite applications.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor (or higher) degree in any Science/Engineering discipline
